Why we're having this conversation

Every founder spends time protecting their business. We insure our equipment. We build systems. We create plans, but how often do we stop to ask, what happens if life happens? Illness. Burnout. Family challenges, the unexpected.

    Together we explore what freedom really looks like: capacity, wellbeing, the impact of life on business, and how founders can build more sustainably without sacrificing themselves constantly.

  • 3:10 pm — The Founders Flower Moment

    The closing moment of the afternoon. Every founder receives a personal moment of recognition. Not for their revenue or achievements. For their courage, their resilience, and how far they've already come.
